Am I The A-hole For...
My girlfriend/partner/wife and I have been together for two years/five years/seven years. We're both pretty independent/ambitious/successful people, so we often spend our evenings doing our own thing/separate activities/different hobbies. But lately, my girlfriend/partner/wife has been complaining that I don't spend enough time with her/make an effort to connect/show interest in what she's doing. She says I'm always focused on work/on my phone/lost in thought and not really present/engaged/attentive when we're together.
I understand her feelings. It's important to me that our relationship is strong, but I also need my alone time/some space to recharge/to pursue my own interests. I don't want to feel like I'm constantly being nagged/on edge/in trouble for wanting some time to myself.
Maybe I'm just not good at expressing myself, but I don't know how to make her happy without feeling suffocated/balance our needs/find a compromise. AITA for thinking that it's okay to need some personal time/have my own hobbies/prioritize myself sometimes?
ELI5: What is... a computer
A computer/internet/smartphone is like a super-powered tool/machine/device that can do lots of cool/amazing/interesting things. It lets you play games/watch videos/talk to friends and even learn new things/do your homework/write stories. You use it with a screen/keyboard/touchpad to give it commands/instructions/ideas, and it shows you things/plays sounds/makes pictures based on what you tell it/ask it/type in. It's pretty awesome/powerful/useful!

Did you know that on this day in years gone by, the first occurrence of computer programming came to light? That's amazingly eye-opening to imagine how far we've progressed since then.

Life on Reddit is always a chaotic ride. You never know what you're going to stumble upon next. This morning/afternoon/evening, it was a post about the best pizza toppings.
Of course, there were also the usual anecdotes about family drama. And let's not forget the memes that always enhance my day.
Reddit is truly a melting pot of humanity, for better or for worse. It can be exhausting, but it's always interesting.
